The essentials are here so you can plan with confidence. Your agreement and proposal will contain the final details for your event.
Booking & payment +
A signed agreement and 50% retainer reserve your date. The balance is due 14 days before the event. Bookings within 14 days require full payment; a 10% rush fee may apply within 7 days.
Gratuity +
Choose either a 20% prepaid gratuity or a tip jar for guests.
Travel +
The first 20 driving miles from ZIP 75203 are included. Additional travel is $1 per round-trip mile; parking and tolls are separate.
Alcohol responsibility +
Clients purchase and provide all alcohol. We do not sell alcohol, and our bartenders check ID, refuse unsafe service, and do not allow self-service.
